Fees and registrationOnline registration to the conference will open on March 10 until April 3, 2025 (noon, French hour CET).
Fees
The registration fee includes admission to all scientific sessions, conference material (badge, program, etc.), coffee breaks, lunches, and dinner. All participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation expenses.
Payment The link to the online payment will be sent after acceptance of your application, and you will receive a confirmation after your payment. The invoice will be sent to you by email via the Azur colloque system.
Cancellations A refund of the full fee is possible if the cancellation request is sent by e-mail before April 22, 2025. After this date, no refund will be possible. The cancellation request must be justified by the occurrence of recognized serious conditions having physically prevented the person from attending the event such hospitalization, or by a serious and recognized family event. Refunds will be issued only after the conference and may take several months. |
